Yoko Kanno is my favorite modern composer of all time!!!  :D


Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Cowboy Bebop, Macross Plus, Wolf's Rain, Rahxephon's "Hemisphere" opening song, and Escaflowne, to name a few, are all hers!!


She's an eclectic after my own heart! ^^ She can work with any music genre!! Heck, she can make music out of sound effects!!

yes Yoko Kanno is a goddess among the anime music world.  i mean as if she didn't take all my base with her other soundtracks, she comes along and makes a song called Inner Universe. damn...........damn.......................damn, damn, damn, there is good, there is great, and then there are song like that. (playing in background now).
