Well, I guess when you hit rank 10 the game's technically over, but there's a lot of other things to do in the mean time.

I've been being bad lately and fake DCing from kazham parties trying to level my Red mage subjob for my BLM.. Already got WHM sub done but ugh.. I get these really bad parties and just don't wanna be mean and tell them they suck to their face D:

Sorry to go off topic here but I was looking forward to playing this game but my only concern is that I can't find the original final fantasy 11 or the expansion packs. They only have the Rise of Zilart which is the original plus the first 2 expansion packs on one disc which sounds perfect but, its only a dvd rom and Im not sure if i can play those on my pc? Because as far as I know I cant watch dvds on my pc =X, and I really dont want to upgrade when a lot of games i play arent dvd roms but cd roms. Any suggestions?

the original + expansion set IS the original for the US.  The game came out two years prior in japan, when it hit US shores, the expansion was released at the same time, so americans got a bundle pack to start with. As far as the dvd/cd thingy, I dunno what to do, I'm not a computer wiz ^^;.

You would need a Dvd-rom drive to load it into your computer we had the same problem with my mothers computer...

I play FFXI almost every day and have killed myself over stupid stuff alot <soloing vrtra wheee..., Drg/rdm through Ifrit's C wheee....., ect...> i'm only 72 Drg because of the stupid stuff.

But the game is really good and yes while there are "the crowd who plays all other mmo's" theres also alot of very nice people on there. I met my ls when I was lvl 7 no sub and I haven't left them yet <during the corse of time I've carried other pearls <<17 to be exact>>> but they've always been the nicest to me and I've always returned.

If you don't like it that's o.k. but please don't say "it shouldn't exist" and stuff like that because some people like me think that it's a great game. And if you dont like it because you quit pre-30 you missed some of the best stuff... LB, Shadow Lord, Sky, Dynamis, AF, <now> Sea, Al Zubai <can't spell> Advanced Jobs.
