DDR Haters?
« on: August 13, 2004, 11:23:08 PM »
Okay, I know everyone just LOVES Dance Dance Revolution, but I was wondering if I'm completely alone in...well...hating it with every inch of my
 soul.
The only thing I've ever seen come out of DDR is a stinky room and nasty people getting nastier. I'm not trying to get into a heated debate on why DDR is the best game ever made, I just want to raise anti-DDR awareness. Can I get an Amen?

Well I don't think it's the best game ever, but I do like it because it gets you into shape if you play it enough...

I dont consider a game a game unless you get to kill things.......And if I wanted to get in shape( which I already am) I'd just work out like normal people...no wait normal people take atkins....I mean ...well whatever:P

I had a friend...He venomously hated everything about the game...

We took care of him (hee hee...That's why I say...'HAD a friend'...)

For me...It's a good way to stay in shape during the winter (Damn lack of snow..I'd be boarding otherwise...) And I like the Music^^...I'd rather be playing a cute little platform game or an RPG...(All my cute little fighter-y people! SQUI!)...But that doesn't help my figure any...I like it...I wouldn't say LOVE....

Virtually all my friends hate the game!!! Have you ever had your matt yanked out from under you because people can't stand it? Not pretty believe me.
I made myself new signature and now I can't display it. *tear*

I don't like it. I mean i'll play it sometimes if Shika asked (SOMETIMES) but i'd much rather play anything else.

You say that like it's necessarily a bad thing. I don't think any of us on this forum are "normal" people...but then again, what is normal?

Overly enthusiastic... I think that describes you VERY well. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but...

I'll support what Amy-chan said. None of us on this board are 'normal'... Because normal people are boring! XD

Don’t even get me stated Amy-chan, because when I start on the topic of philosophy, I say things that most people don’t understand.

Anyway, I think DDR is fun, but I have nothing against those who prefer not to play it.

Really?! NOOO!!! I love DDR!! It can't go away!!!! It's fun and challenging!! And it IS a good way to get in shape. I tried the gym. It just couldn't hold my interrest. But DDR does. I'm also finding that my balance and my ability to dance in general are improving drastically!!!
