This is a hard piece because of the ... mess... the violins make. Arranging that on piano would be a challenge. It's just triplets as far as I can tell. On eighth notes. With an eight rest in between runs. So in 4/4, each measure gets 21 notes and then a 1/2 beat rest before another run.
