You only need a high school degree to become a game tester, so if that's what you'd like to do, just go ahead and apply to a few companies. I know people that really feel good about the experience, but it's tough work. You aren't really playing games, more often you're just repeating one small task in a game over and over again to see if it breaks (like opening and closing a door).
