Piano Squall Update
« on: September 18, 2009, 04:59:13 PM »
Hey guys!  I wanted to give you an update on my performance schedule.  You may have noticed that I haven't been on the concert scene this year, and the reason is because I started a business called VGMarket: www.VGMarket.com

VGMarket is a market research firm specializing in the video game industry.  Video game publishers and developers come to us with early versions of new titles, we recruit gamers in the area to come in and play the game, provide feedback, and create a report with recommendations on how to improve the game.

The business officially started in 2007 and has become a success.  Our clients now include EA, 2K, Capcom, Ubisoft, ngmoco, and Zynga to name a few, and I have a staff of six employees at this point.

Because I perform for the purposes of charitable fundraising and do not profit personally from my music, piano concerts is not something that I was ever able to do on a full-time basis.  However, thanks to the success of VGMarket, I will be able to devote myself completely to concertizing for charity in the future.  Please bear with me in the interim while I build this business, and I will be back to perform for you guys again in years to come!

Well, sorry that your new work has been keeping you so busy...
But it sounds like a good business you've got going there.
I look forward to the concerts to come.
