Concerning Spam Threads
« on: April 10, 2009, 01:03:29 AM »
Hey everyone!

I know there are spam bots constantly signing up and spewing out threads. Many many apologies from the management! It seems that another security upgrade's in order.

In the meanwhile, I admit that while I'm a complete forum addict, I'm not always lurking around in search of spammers. However, I'm probably on the Internet somewhere. Because of this I would like to ask a favor of everyone. If you see a spam thread pop up and a mod's not around (and you use AIM), please feel free to IM me (RBG Ameria) and bring it to my attention. I'll get rid of it immediately. (These are family-friendly forums, after all!)

Thank you very much! It's appreciated!

-Ameria

Are the images actually showing up or is it just a link?  On my browser it just shows up as a link, what about yours?

Pretty sure it's still just a link. They're all links to me, too. But they come up with very interesting names for the links, don't they? xD

Rule #34 is a generally accepted Internet rule that states that pornography or sexually related material exists for any conceivable subject.

Phew. A mod's work is never done, apparently. The Spam Hammer continues to dish out sweet, sweet justice. >D
