Just checking in. I know it's been forever. Sorry.
Um, some of you know what happened, but the short story is that I went through a LOT this winter, and I really wasn't feeling too well. Truth be told, I'm still not; I just don't know how to deal with it, and I'm having a lot of trouble finding a way to deal with it.
But I'm still alive, so I guess that says something.
I miss you guys a lot; I'd be lying if I said I didn't think about you all from time to time. I miss when I was more care-free, too. But the truth is, I can't keep up with a busy forum right now. Once I learn how to cope with whatever's bothering me, then, perhaps. In the meantime, I'm sorry I've disappeared.
HEY HAPPY NEWS. I've got a new job. I'm working in the Admissions office at Baruch College, and it's kinda nice. It's heaps better than working in retail, if only for the simple reason that I get to sit down (and play on the internet, which is what I'm doing now. ♪innocent whistle♪).
And hey, if anyone wants to talk to me directly, my e-mail is in my profile. Feel free! I might not respond right away because my video card died this week so the only way I can check my mail is at work for the next few days, but if you do e-mail me, even if it's just to say hi, I promise I'll respond.
