First let me say...
YAY! FIRST POST FIRST TOPIC AND WHAT A COOL NEW LAYOUT ^_^ It's crisp and of all the new layouts on the web [facebook, deviantart, etc...] this one actually seems to be for the better
and now onto the topic...which is simple really...which movies [of the summer, of the year, of all time] would you consider over rated or over hyped?
I think everyone would agree with me that Blair Witch Project was the #1 most over hyped movie in the US. That film turned out to be a failure...but as for more recent failures I would have to say Grandma's Boy was a pretty big one. It taught me that stoner movies are really hit-or-miss...although I must admit I haven't seen it all the way through...Another over-blown stoner film [in my humble opinion] was Pinapple Express. Yes it had it's moments but on the whole I think the media made too big a deal of that one. Before you tell me horrible things because you disagree with my views remember this:
Peter Griffin did not care for The Godfather...speaking of which: I only watched it one-and-a-quarter times and have only vague recollections of it...
