OOHHH. That's what Ramen is. I think I've had that before in a Japnese restaurant but I didn't know the technical name for it. It was delicious. ^_^

phew! I was gonna say, if you've never had ramen, you've never lived. XD I have a special bowl that I use only for ramen. That and lo-mein. XD
