Hihi! I'm Chris, or Slade (nicknamed so after the male lead in Tekkaman Blade, don't ask -sweatdrop-) and I saw Otaku Duet at ICON and was totally blown away. I'm your atypical gamer/anime fanboy who has seen more than his fair share of anime, some of which I couldn't make sense out of (Evangelion, anyone?). I'll be starting college in the fall over at Suffolk Community and majoring in creative writing. I used to be a drummer in my friend's band, but after that fell through I switched over to the saxophone. I play only a little bit of game/anime music (seeing as how there are hardly any games or anime out there that even USE saxophones), which means I mostly play music from Cowboy Bebop, although I can play a few tunes from old school games, like Mega Man X and Wizards and Warriors. I don't bite, so feel free to talk to me whenever.
P.S. I noticed the 'lack of male cosplayers' thread. I happen to love to cosplay, and if there's anyone going to AnimeBoston, look for me, I'll be Terry from Fatal Fury/King of Fighters.
