It would be so cool if i was able to help get a convention started in angleton or started one so im creating a anime club in my school if possible and im goignt o do fundraisers and stuff to try and earn money and then maybe one day hold a small convention!  
And i even have a name for the club... "Anime Activistes!!"

You should try a chibi con first, maybe.  Ask Seymour and Lulu, they had one at their school!  ^_^

It's virtually impossible to host a decent con (of any size) at a high school or below, due to absurdly strict rules that are usually completely rediculous. If you can do it, though, more power to you.

it wont be like a real big con just  a small minicon
and im not even sure if i will be able to start an anime club yet but im trying so if i do start a con ill be sure to post it

Maybe you could start a club, and start small, like just a Otakuduet concert or something

I'd say start with a club, and then move to taking your club to cons, and things of that sort.  You need lots of experience to host even a mini-con.
