Hello people of PianoSquall's community.
I have a question for you; does anyone know of some good fingering exercises/tips for mastering tricky music notation as well as tricky jumps on the piano? As you may have guessed, I play the piano and I'm trying to get my hands to move faster and with more flexibility. I'm constantly playing Final Fantasy music. Most Final Fantasy music as most of you may know has a lot of tricky notation.
For example, "Slide Show Part 2" from the Final Fantasy VIII Piano Collections. I've learned a lot of it, but most of it is complicated.
I can't seem to play the bass part of this measure..
http://img522.imageshack.us/img522/5590/trickyfingeringma2.pngbecause of its jump from G#+G# to B+D# that I always mess up.

And the treble part I have some trouble with too because I'm not sure how I should I position my fingers to play it easier.
What I try to do for the treble part is have my first finger G#, second on B, fourth on D# and fifth on E. However I find my fingers slow down at times when trying to play it and it gets confusing.
Any suggestions?
