Pokemon Diamond/pearl music

If you just got the game, and you've heard the intro theme...you know what I'm talking about. It seems alot darker than the older games and takes on more of an edge it seems than Ruby/Sapphire. Any comments?


I REALLY like the lake theme and the intro theme so far (1 hour in!)

the only one that *might* be good is the champion battle or elite four battle.

the ragtime-esque Trainer Notice theme is awesome too.

Well duh dude. Its originality, and what epitomizes the series. Red and Blue will ALWAYS be THE pokemon.


I'm trying to actually add most of the old music into my routine on the piano. I like to do original songs, with theme songs and fuze em' all together.

You know...Team Rockets base.

The only challenge here is the final battle in the game versus Blue. This was the most kickass, and underappreciated them in Gameboy History.

Oh, really? I beg to differ.

VS Dialga/Palkia, VS Deoxys, VS Arceus, and VS Suicune (Crystal) all wipe out everything from Yellow and prior. I'd love to see Piano Squall perform them.

my favorite music from the pokemon games is the theme that plays when you fight the Regis in ruby/sapphire and the song when you fight the three legendary psychic types from diamond/pearl

This generation has some excellent music, but at the top of my list is "Galactic Battle!" It does a great job of capturing the otherworldliness of Team Galactic, and I was pleasantly surprised to hear the track remixed in SSBB. This'd be a fun one to hear for piano. ^^
