worst game

FFXII

The most excited I was for a game, and the most disappointed I was in a game ever.

I even type this with the carboard advertisement behind me. I couldn't force myself to like it.

I wouldn't say its the worst game ever, but it was pretty bad  =/  I was thoroughly disappointed with it...  I was so excited...and then...el crapo.

I liked FFXII

It had an interesting side-story (with Balthier), but the main plot was just so...blah.  The battle system was cool, and I loved leveling up.  That was the best part of the game for me.  That, and the graphics.  Those were pretty  <3

I dunno, it just didn't do much for me.  But, to each their own.  If you liked it, thats cool.  S'not like I'm going to hold it against you or anything, lol.

I liked the Square Grid, too.  In FFX I took each character through the ENTIRE SPhere Grid.  I have a thing with doing everything 100%   

I would've done it for XII, too, but I put that game aside.  Couldn't keep me interested, lol.

Mmhmm~  I'm a perfectionist about my videogames  xDD  Like, I have to have their levels and stats maxed out, too.  Takes forever, but I can't help it.

A wise man once said: "He who believeth Final Fantasy XII to be the worst game haveth obviously not playeth Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles."

Let's see... the worst game I ever played...hmmm... I'd have to say Xenosaga: Der Wille Zur Macht.   Before you flame me, I only say it's the worst game because of how utterly monotonous and boring they made a story as wonderful as Xenosaga play out.  It took Namco 3 tries before they FINALLY made good use of their Xenosaga license.  By then, it was too late.  It was bad enough that they released a (vastly superior) anime adaptation of episode 1 to cover up for the game's dull performance.

btw, if you haven't seen the new dubbings for Xenosaga: The Animation and are a Xenosaga/Xenogears fan, I highly recommend it.  I spoke with Chris Ayres (the voice of Jr/Rubedo) about it at Ohayocon; and he said he wished that there had been anime adaptations made for each episode including 4-6.
