Full Metal Alchemist - though since the movies took place after, you really can't call it an end....
There's some other's that had good endings in the anime, but continued on in manga, so i don't know if i can really use those...
Actually, you already did. FMA is still going in the manga and is VERY different than the anime. After you get to a certain point, that is. And, no, that point is NOT where the anime ended, it's actually well beyond that point. The manga is superb, though, and well worth reading.
