The FFVI Decisive Battle arrangement is an original.  I actually just finished transcribing it, and I will make it available for download shortly!

That's one of my favorite FF battle themes as well. And Piano Squall's arrangement of it was my favorite one out of all the other ones I've heard of this theme.
