As for the Kwebek thing, even if I personnally say Kebek, I guess Kwebek would work too. Kind of like... One is the French prononciation and the other is the English one... Or something. I've never been somewhere English, so I can't say anything about how you pronounce words XD

We say "Kwebek" in English because we pronounce the U. Think about words like "quiet" and "quilt" that start with QU- and you'll see what I mean. I say "Kebek" though, because of French class.
