Eh.... Well we've been trying to at least get one room for storage, because we have a lot of weapons, computer stuff, sound equipment, etc. to go wheeling back and forth between our event space and our storage area (usually hotel rooms). Some can and some can't, but we at least get badges so that helps, plus there's a lot of Core and Secondaries to split room costs. A little crowded, but about $30 hotel costs for the entire weekend isn't too bad. That's also why we're an official non-profit org. and take donations, though so far we've focused on the web domain and better sound equipment first.
