Oh man, why must the music in this show rule so much?! And it's not just because of the bordering on insane Engrish lyrics! You really start to get the songs stuck in your head, like the signature DyBree song that they've been singing for a while. I just saw episode five and they sing it acapella together and then background guitar comes in and it blows you away despite the fact that the animation is just camera pans across the scenery through most of it. It's really a haunting song once you get past the Engrish and the accent from the Japanese singers..

Full...moon...sways....
Gentle in the night of one fine day...
On...my...way...
Looking for one moment with my dear...
Full...moon....waves....
Slowly on the surface of the lake...
You...are....there...
Smiling in my arms for all those years...

What a fool, I don't know about tomorrow,
What it's like to be....ah...
I was sure, couldn't let myself to go,
Even though I feel....the end....
"All the world's a stage, and I just fell into the orchestra pit."

I saw it Friday in my anime club! It was awesome! I loved the music, and the fact that they kept switching between English and Japanese like it was nothing.

The theme song was stuck in Kuma and Me's head for a week straight...All songs turned to BECK.
I love the American Band references too (one of the Manga covers was just like and Oasis cover, except the dudes)....
I'm trying to get our band to do some anime songs, including the BECK opening (plus like, Rock'n Roll Princess and Ride on Shooting Star)...

OMG funny....The one conversation where like "fuhg" was every other word...
[Gush Gush Gush.....]

Gee I'm late....Sorry.
