I had a great time just listening to you play for hours, not to mention you've given me quite a bit of insperation for my piano practicing. but anyway, yeah it was amazing. im glad i got a chance to say hi but at the same time i kinda felt guilty for wanting to shake your hand when i was just another person who was keeping you from your flight, it sounded like you missed it or something for the security guard. lol, well it was really cool that you stayed there for the fans anyway. keep it up! i can't wait for tekkoshokon!!!!!

Dear Otakon concert attendees,

I cannot thank you enough for your attendance at my Otakon concert this weekend. Sunday afternoon is usually a time when everyone is packing up to leave, and despite that, more than 3,000 of you chose to spend your final hours of Otakon with me. I am truly grateful that you decided to stick around for the show.

As if that wasn’t enough, your level of enthusiasm was absolutely unbelievable. For a performer to receive even a single standing ovation is tremendous honor, but to receive multiple standing ovations for almost every piece is beyond humbling. There are no words to express my true appreciation, so all I can say is thank you for making this weekend the most memorable experience of my life.

I also want to extend a special thanks to the thirty Piano Squall Forum members who attended the second annual Otakon forum dinner party. You guys are my inspiration, my motivation, my family. You mean everything to me. I consider it a privilege to have had the opportunity to treat all of you dinner, and I look forward to the day when we can all be together again.

Hey Mike, I've known of you and your forum for about a year now, and thanks for another wonderful show.

My favorite songs you played were Eyes on Me and Aeris' theme. Although I'm not an FF fanboy by any means, you definately chose the right songs to play and these were definately some of the most beautiful of your lineup on Sunday.

Your playing at Otakon completely blew my mind. After hearing you play at ConnectiCon, going to your concert was one of my main priorities at Otakon. There's so much emotioin in the way you play that it brought me to tears as well. And I can definitely say that everyone else I spoke to after the concert was in just as much awe as me.

Not to mention I kinda fought my way up to the front of the line to see you. *grins* Thank you for inspiring me to get back to playing piano again. *bakes you cookies*

Your concert was so fantastic; I felt like a dork for pretty much being moved to tears.  LoL. Hard to wipe of glasses stealthily.  Sigh.  Especially Eyes on Me.  Shwas amazing, it shwas.

I especially found the "special guests" to be... just... wonderful. I don't know how many musicians would allow this sort of thing but I know one thing:

Piano Squall has a good heart.

And that's not a bad thing.
